    We love the food here. My husband and I have always been satisfied. The quality and quantity is very good. It arrives hot and tasty!

    Three stars only because I've been ordering Chinese delivery from here for years. So last night, I ordered delivery from here and their online menu listed hibachi chicken. I was like oh - cool, guess they're doing hibachi now. Apparently they've never been to a hibachi restaurant before. It arrived in some sort of sweet/saucy situation --- which is definitely not hibachi. it wasn't terrible but it wasn't hibachi drowned in whatever that sauce was. Also they didn't include any chop sticks. With Chinese food delivery. ‍

    I have been eating from Metro for a many years. In the past it has been decent quality considering the pricing. Tonight however I received incredibly burnt food. When I asked for a refund or a new dish they insisted I had to come them, and expressed no embarrassment at serving truly ruined dish. Its sad that theres no decent Chinese food here. Never pay for food without checking it. They have certainly lost my business for good. :(

    I don't often write reviews, but this place demands it. Positively the worst food that purports to be Chinese ever. You could drive to the arse-end of Hell and eat at the Panda Express there and do better.

    First time ordering delivery here.  
    I had my order delivered to a local hotel where I was staying.
    While ordering, I specifically commented and requested to have fork, spoon and plates delivered.
    Being that I gave the name and address of hotel, I surely figured that it would be a "no brainer".

    Upon getting my food delivered, I found that although, I specifically requested eating utensils and plates, I received NOTHING!!!
    Needless to say, I was really, really pissed off at this point.  

    So instead of being settled for the evening, I had to traipse down to hotel desk and got eating utensils.

    As for the quality of the good, it was actually fairly good. I would rate the food 3 stars.  

    For life of me, I don't understand how a restaurant could not deliver eating utensils with an order going to a hotel.
    I understand people make mistakes but this first experience with Metro Chinese will be my last.
